Four Stage Acrylic, Polymer and Balsawood Shell
A special cross link .187 acrylic provides a color fast and durable finish. Vinyl Ester is then used to waterproof the entire structure and permanently adheres to the acrylic. Several layers of polyester based fiberglass are applied to make a virtually indestructible hull. A balsawood core is installed to strengthen the entire structure allowing it to move and flex to the constant forces created by the water movement.
Generous Swim Area and Superior Tank Design
Unlike most other swim spas, Swim Spas offer a generous swimming area that is free of seating, barriers or other obstructions that can interfere with swimmers. By diverting the water flow to the massage seat area, the backwash effect found in most other makes of swim spas that can impede a smooth swim is eliminated.
Patented Wide Stream Swim Jets With Flow Control *
These patented jets deliver a strong non-turbulent water current that creates a comfortable wide stream. This wide stream makes it easy to remain in the center of the current, helping the swimmer to stay in sync and therefore creating a more effective and enjoyable swim. The flow can be adjusted incrementally by turning the individual diverters from a gentle current to a powerful stream. Swim Spas include two form fitting ergonomic seats that allow you to sit back and relax after a swim or workout. Sculptured to comfortably support your body in a relaxed and natural position, the ergonomic seating dramatically enhances your swim spa experience.
Adjustable Thigh Jets
Aquatrainer Swim Spas are equipped with two adjustable thigh jets that utilize diverted water from turning down the wide stream swim nozzles. The jets can act as a swim stabilizer by further helping the swimmer stay centred which keeps them in sync. They are also perfect for a lower body massage and are ideal for light resistance and water aerobic exercises.
Hydrotherapy Seat Jets
Turn the hydrotherapy pump onto high speed and enjoy the soothing and relaxing massage action of the 8 hydrotherapy jets (4 per seat). The jets and hydrotherapy experience is similar in design and performance to Hydropool’s world class hot tubs.
Insulated Swim Spa Shell
Swim Spas are one of the most energy efficient swim spas on the market. After manufacturing the swim spa shell, a generous coating of high density 2lb. water resistant insulation is sprayed over the entire outside surface in order to achieve maximum heat retention and energy savings. In most cases, the operating cost of our swim spas is much lower than that of a traditional swimming pool.

High Flow Surface Skimmer with Strainer Basket
Swim Spas automatically remove any floating debris from the surface of the swim spa water. A wide mouth skimmer directs the water flow towards the skimmer and the flow created by the water moves the floating debris into the skimmer. It is then trapped by the skimmer basket.
Pressure Side 75 Sq. Ft. High Performance Filter
Swim Spas come complete with a high performance 75 Sq. Ft. filter that is installed on the pressure side of the circulation system. All of the water that is drawn in through the wide mouth skimmer and the side suctions is pumped through the filter. The water is then stripped of any small debris and particles and is sent back into the swim spa delivering clean, clear filtered water.
Silent Air Control x 3
The hydrotherapy seat jets deliver high pressure water through the jet nozzles to create a hydrotherapy effect. When air is mixed with the water, it results in additional jet pressure while creating a soothing effervescence effect. The air control also injects air into the single hydrotherapy jet at the exercise end of the swim spa which increases this jets flow by up to 40%.
Automatic Chemical Feeder
Clean, clear safe water is required to ensure an enjoyable swim spa experience. swim spas include an automatic chemical feeder that can be loaded with either chlorine or bromine slow release tablets. The feeder releases tiny amounts of your selected product to ensure that you and your family are continually protected. This feature eliminates the need for a floating dispenser that is found on many competitive models.
Floating Insulating Cover
Keeping your Swim Spa warm and ready will allow for spontaneous usage while conserving energy. Swim Spas include a non-absorbent floating cover for the ultimate in convenience and energy efficiency.
Steel Support Package
Swim Spas are fully self supporting, however, a set of steel support legs are utilized underneath the lip on aboveground or crib style installations in order to keep the long edges straight. Many competitors swim spas do not offer a steel support package and this can lead to bowing once the swim spa is filled with water. The steel support legs completely eliminate any possibility of the swim spa bowing.
Aquacord Swim Tether
Swim Spas have numerous benefits including the ability to swim in place without ever having to turn around. Each Aquatrainer is equipped with an Aquacord Swim Tether which attaches to the end of the swim spa and straps onto your body. Mood enhancing underwater safety lights are strategically installed in the entrance of every Swim Spa. The lighting comes complete with a selection of colored lenses that snap onto the housing to instantly change the color of your swim spa lighting. The Aquatrainer Swim Spa comes complete with a 2 speed 3 HP Pump, 5.5 KW Electric Heater, Servicing Isolation Valves and a Filtration Timer. The equipment is preinstalled on a synthetic equipment base and easily connects to the swim spa once it is placed in its final installation.
